As Agency Director and Head of Scouting, Noel leads the agency’s overall direction while personally overseeing talent discovery and mother agency placements. With over 20 years of experience across the fashion and entertainment industries, he brings a seasoned perspective shaped by long-standing relationships within international markets.

Under his leadership, the agency has launched and developed internationally recognized talent, including Rejoice Chuol, who was named to the Models.com Top 50 ranking. His eye for structure, presence, and long-term potential has contributed to successful placements in leading fashion capitals and collaborations with respected agencies worldwide.
